		<description>Yeah, identity theft would be my pick for why people were rooting around in your trash at 3:30 AM.  Generally, they're meth addicts, who are uniquely suited for the tedious task of sorting through trash to find personal info.

For me, a shredder is a must have.  If a piece of mail or paper has my name on it and it's going to be tossed, it goes through the shredder.
